Return to your grounded center

Feel ease in your physical body

Honor your body through movement that feels
supportive, kind, loving, and just right for you

Friend, here’s what I want you to know.

I have been on a path to inner harmony for many years. For over 7 years, I have studied the mindful movement practices of Qigong. I have learned (and continue to learn) the practicality and magic of working with my body’s energy system to deal with the emotions and stresses of life.

Your body, your home on this planet, is calling you …

  • To connect with it more deeply

  • To move in ways that support youthful movement at any age

  • To move from your center

  • To live in the present moment

  • To transform fear into peace and tranquility

  • To nurture your body

  • To breathe deeply

  • To relax your muscles and your mind

  • To connect with the flow of life

  • To release your connection with thoughts that take you from the present moment

  • To allow emotions to move through the body

Your body is calling you to breathe, move, flow, and enjoy!

If you’re ready for a regular movement practice that supports you in connecting with your body, your breath, peace, and the present moment, then I am honored to guide you in transformational mindful practices.

Join me in Qigong practice sessions to:

  • Connect with your own inner peace

  • Transform heavy emotions into expansive ones

  • Open mental space for creativity

  • Move energy in your body opening the flow in every cell and system of your body

  • Create clarity in your mind as you step into the present moment

  • Reclaim your peaceful center

  • Feel freedom in your body, as energy flows, joints open and muscles relax

  • Experience how nature’s patterns bring ease and less effort to movement

  • Discover how slowing down is a key to doing more

  • Feel more energy and aliveness

She has embraced her Qigong practice as part of her return to her wholeness and has found boundless benefits along the way.

For Maggie, Qigong has been a practice of coming home to her own inner sanctuary. No matter what’s been going on in her life, Qigong has provided the support for transformation in whatever way is needed.
