Settling Overwhelm
When we are overwhelmed it is not time to think things through or make a plan… it is time to breathe, or take a walk, get fresh air into your body. So when you feel overwhelm, take some time for yourself. As little as 10 minutes may be all you need to get reconnected with yourself.
Melting Physical Tension in the Body
Use the following meditation to relax and melt tension in the body. Find a comfortable position, either seated or lying down, to release into this meditation. Come back to this meditation any time your body needs some attention. Think about using this practice for muscle aches as well as bringing healing and relaxation into any of your organs or body systems.
