Life is full of changes, when we become present to these changes and flow with them we grow. Qigong is an ancient practice of moving with mindfulness which helps us to connect with the present moment. These practices remind us how to flow like water with softness and power in life so we continue to grow and thrive.
During this workshop we will practice some Qigong movements so wear some comfortable clothing, you can practice barefoot if you like or wear supportive shoes. If you are barefoot on a hard floor, you may want a yoga or exercise mat available to stand on. You will need a clear space around you when you stand - about arm's width. Qigong is adaptable to each person's own physical needs, no experience required.
