

Evening Qigong Class; slow and let go; the last 2 minutes of this class is cut off, the meditation continues through the body.
Today we did some Blue Dragon movements to work with our tendons and connective tissue, especially in our arms and shoulders. During flows we practiced Gossamer Threads and Humble Warrior to open our hearts in gratitude.
This class was focused on opening the chest, neck, arms, and shoulders to open and strengthen the heart center. (The power went out about 20 or so minutes in, but came back.)
